What shapes your monthly cost?
Pricing is based on the devices (endpoints) we support. Essential starts at $60 per endpoint per month, Professional is $75 per endpoint per month, and Enterprise has a custom monthly rate. Your quote reflects your endpoint count, locations, business systems, security needs, and required support hours. We confirm the covered endpoints and the full monthly total in your proposal.
What is quoted separately?
- Microsoft 365 licenses.
- Firewall management, infrastructure management, and ticketing system: quoted separately per site.
- New hardware, including firewalls, and firewall security subscriptions: quoted separately.
- Additional backup for computers, servers, NAS, and storage beyond your plan: quoted separately.
- Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) technical support: quoted separately.
- Setup, onboarding, migrations, and large projects: flat one-time fee quoted after we review your setup.
Know the terms before you start
Ask for a written list of inclusions, on-site arrangements, response targets, contract length, renewal terms, and cancellation notice. Prices should identify the currency and applicable taxes.
