YOUR BUSINESS. OUR FOCUS.
The right cloud setup for your business
An ageing server or an unpredictable cloud bill can make the next step unclear. We help businesses assess whether an on-site, cloud, or hybrid setup best fits their applications and day-to-day work.
Infrastructure planning
Review server workloads, connectivity, storage, and access requirements.
Server migrations
Plan the move, test applications, and prepare a fallback before cutover.
Ongoing management
Monitor agreed cloud systems, maintain settings, and review usage.
Cloud Solutions We Manage and Support
We plan, migrate, and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and hybrid setups that keep some workloads on-site. Cloud services should be chosen against your applications rather than the other way round — some line-of-business software runs worse, or costs more, once it leaves a local server.
- Microsoft 365: email, Teams, SharePoint, user accounts, and licences
- Azure and AWS server workloads, storage, and networking
- Hybrid setups where a local server stays for performance or vendor requirements
- Secure cloud storage and file access for remote and on-site staff
- Cloud backup and disaster recovery
Subscriptions, hosting, and data transfer are shown separately from the management fee, so you can see what is a platform cost and what is our work.
How Cloud Services Improve Flexibility and Security
Cloud services improve flexibility because capacity and user counts change with a setting instead of a hardware purchase, and staff reach the same files and applications from the office, home, or a client site. Security improves because patching, backups, and access control become centralised rather than tied to a server nobody has logged into for a year.
The trade-off is that identity becomes the perimeter. We pair any cloud move with multi-factor sign-in, access reviews, and conditional access rules, so convenient access for your team does not become open access for everyone else.
Cloud Migration, Backup, and Ongoing Management
A cloud migration works when the fallback is ready before the cutover. We map dependencies and licences, test the applications that matter with the people who use them, agree a migration window, and keep the previous system available until the new one is verified.
After the move, ongoing management covers monitoring, updates, security settings, and a usage review that keeps the monthly bill predictable. Cloud backup and disaster recovery are confirmed in writing, because a cloud platform protects its own infrastructure — not your data from deletion, mistakes, or ransomware.
What affects the price?
Your device count, users, locations, and the support hours you need shape the monthly quote. We confirm the total, the setup work, and anything billed separately before you decide.
Understand managed IT pricingFrequently asked questions
Is the cloud cheaper than an on-premise server?
It depends on the workload. Cloud usually wins when your server is due for replacement, your usage varies, or you have no in-house IT. On-premise can still be cheaper for steady, predictable workloads on recently refreshed hardware. A server replacement is a capital cost every five to seven years; cloud converts that into a monthly one, which is not automatically less.
How long does a cloud migration take?
Moving email alone is often a matter of days. A full server migration is more commonly measured in weeks, driven by data volume, application dependencies, and how much testing your team needs before cutover. We agree the window and the fallback before anything moves.
Does every server need to move to the cloud?
No. Some workloads run better or cost less on-site, and some vendors still require a local install. The assessment compares practical cost and requirements per application rather than moving everything by default.
Is Microsoft 365 data backed up automatically?
Not in the way most businesses assume. Microsoft retains data for a limited period and protects its own infrastructure, not your data from deletion, a departing employee, or ransomware. Confirm the exact mailbox and file coverage in writing.
